SQUELCH SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed on our website will be dispatched from our Welly Shed in beautiful Oxfordshire, UK. We will normally ship using Royal Mail on a Tracked48 service - which usually means you will receive your order 2-3 working days after placing it. For larger orders, we use Parcelforce on a 48 hour service, so again you should receive your order 2-3 working days after placing it. Orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, IOM & Channel Islands can take an additional day.
Need it faster? We offer an expedited service using Royal Mail Tracked24, which you can select at the checkout. Or if you have any special requests such as your niece's birthday you've embarrassingly forgotten and need it like yesterday (it happens!), just Contact Us and we will do what we can to help.
Shipping to other countries? No problem. Unfortunately when you place your order on the website, it doesn't give us the full details for customs procedures. Please therefore Contact Us and we can advise. All shipments to non-UK addresses are on a DAP basis - that means that you may have to pay VAT and customs charges to your local courier before they release the goods to you. Delivery time varies by country but as a guide Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands & Germany are 4-5 days, rest of Europe 6-7 days, and rest of World 7-14 days.
Products not as you ordered?
If your items received are not as you ordered (mistakes happen!), just Contact Us and we will do what we can to put it right, as quickly as possible.
Returns
Any Squelch Wellies products that are purchased online from our website can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the amount of the products at their purchase price excluding all delivery costs.
All products must be returned unused, as new, and with any accessories such as boot bags and sock boxes, to qualify for a refund. We understand socks need to be tried on - please return any socks together with the unripped tag label. If items are used, or are not returned complete, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend trying on wellies and socks inside on a clean floor, so they are not marked.
Included in your parcel is a returns slip - please kindly complete and return with the products, so we know where they've come from and what you'd like us to do with them. Place your products in a bag or a box to protect them, and stick the postage label to the box - DO NOT stick anything to the products themselves, as this damages them and makes them ineligible for a refund or exchange.

The condition of the returned products will be judged solely at the discretion of Squelch, and we will advise if we are unable to accept for whatever reason. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility and/or reimburse for any lost or damaged returned items.
Refunds will be issued to you within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to the payment method that was used to make the original purchase. Unfortunately, to comply with money laundering regulations, we are unable to refund different accounts or cards.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Your right to cancel as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allows you to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, an order can only be cancelled if it has not already been posted. If your order has already been processed and is in transit, it is not eligible for cancellation. In this case, your cancellation must be actioned via the returns process once the order has arrived.
EXCHANGES
In the event your products don't fit and you need a different size, please return your items to us for an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, but we will not charge additional postage (for UK orders only) to send your first replacement to you - for subsequent replacements we will levy an additional postage charge. Products must be returned in "as new" condition following the Returns instructions above.
Please note that not all socks and wellies are available in all sizes - when requesting an exchange we recommend you browse the website first to select the products you would like in exchange, and indicate this on the returns slip.
In all cases, we will only exchange within 28 days of original purchase.
FAULTY ITEMS
